• About Carol …
She is the published author of a collection of true stories of personal growth and transformation. And, she helps students draw upon their “stories” as they compose college essays. She knows what makes an application stand out for its quality. Carol's practice was reviewed by David Kaplan in the Sunday Business section of the Houston Chronicle on September 21, 2003. Carol and her husband have two sons who attended public schools in Houston, Texas. One son works in technology for Teach for America in New York City, after having majored in computer science at Harvard; the other graduated from Brown and is now pursing a master’s degree in playwriting at UC San Diego. His work has been produced in London. Carol’s interests include writing, reading, swimming and yoga. Carol does individual counseling as well as group workshops. Her approach is very personalized.
